May 2000. I went to see Deborah Kerslake about severe dizzy spells that I had been having for over a year. They were so severe that I would fall over and could not drive, which affected my work. I had also had right sided headache for all this time and distorted vision for most of my adult life. Severe pressure in the ears and ear infection. I had previously been to the doctors and hospital and had been seeing an ear, nose and throat specialist for a year to try and sort it out. I had spent over £1,000. 

Deborah did some cranial massage on my neck and head and gave me some herbs (Homoeobotanicals) for infection and inflammation and some more to regulate my hormones which she felt was the underlying cause of my headaches and blurred vision. The dizzy spells started getting less immediately and within 3 weeks they were gone completely. I kept taking the hormone herbs for 2 months to normalise my cycles and I have had no further problems with the headaches, blurred vision or dizziness since then. This was over a year ago. I am delighted with the simplicity and effectiveness of the treatment and can recommend Deborah to anyone who wants to be well.

"I originally approached Deborah for treatment for a 'frozen shoulder', which despite both osteopathic treatment and several acupuncture sessions - was still niggling me...

After only 3 sessions all evidence of stiffness and pain had gone. Throughout the sessions and initial consultation I had also expressed my fears on having to go on HRT as a result of early menopause - which had taken the doctor's over a year to diagnose...

I had been feeling truly awful - to an extent that for the whole previous year I had felt lethargic, depressed, gained weight and a general exhaustion that made it extremely hard to function in everyday life.

Throughout every session Deborah reassured me, explained thoroughly my options ( which did not - refreshingly enough -  include coming straight off hrt - which some naturopaths would have done) - she saw how it was working for me and suggested at this early stage that I should continue on it and maybe, in time, if I felt it right, to slowly ease off and take other supplements...

Deborah massaged away the build-up of fluid as a result of the hrt, and for the first time in years I discovered my ankles again!!

I can only speak for myself, but I am truly grateful that I have found someone who I know will always be there for me, to help me both mentally, as reassurance if I need it, through her counselling/psychology work, and likewise her remarkable deep tissue remedial massages - which leave you feeling wonderfully relaxed and content.

I cannot recommend her highly enough - she is worth every penny and more!!
